Paying it off early
You may pay the outstanding balance earlier. Contact us to confirm the amount remaining and arrange your final payment.
Missed payments
If you think you may miss a payment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your layby and next steps.
Cancelling your layby
To request cancellation, contact our team. Any cancellation and applicable fees will be handled in accordance with our current layby policy and Australian Consumer Law.
