SHIPPING POLICY

Australia

Express shipping Australia-wide is a flat $15.00 — fully trackable, signature on delivery. Optional transit insurance is available at checkout for $19.95. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing (layby orders are dispatched once the final payment has cleared). We deliver to home or work street addresses; no PO boxes or parcel lockers for high-value pieces.

International

Delivery to the USA and Asia is available — tracked, with optional insurance at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Packaging

Every piece ships in discreet outer packaging with our signature presentation inside.

Delays & Claims

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery event at admin@luxevaultco.com.au.
