Products & Listings

All items are pre-loved luxury goods sourced from trusted suppliers who verify authenticity and checked by our team; if we are not sure of an item, we do not buy it. Condition is graded honestly (Pristine, Excellent, Very Good) and detailed in each listing. Every item is one of one: in the rare event of a simultaneous purchase or listing error, the first completed order stands and any other payment is refunded in full immediately.

Luxe Vault Co is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, Céline or any other maison. Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to accurately describe the items offered.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Stated prices are firm. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an item was purchased at an incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch with the option of a full refund. Layby purchases are governed additionally by our Layby Terms (25% deposit, weekly instalments, dispatch on completion).

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase, accepted when we dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel orders where fraud is suspected or the item is unavailable, with a full refund.

Intellectual Property

Site content — photography, copy, branding and the Luxe Vault Co marks — is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability & Governing Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the goods or refund of the amount paid. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
